There are approximately 726 vines on 10 x 6 wire vertical with lift wire, and one metal steak per vine.
The seller advises average annual production has been 200 +/- tons of fruit (average of approximately 5 tons per acre).
The seller is negotiating a five year contract (thru the 2014 harvest) with constellation at a rate of $875.00 per ton. This vineyard has been under a continuous contract since production began. Constellation may consider extending the current contract to a new owner, subject to their acceptance of the buyer and management of the vineyard.
